NATALIE J. GOERTZ | RN, BSCN, CIC
Natalie Goertz holds a BScN (UWO, London, Ontario) and is a registered nurse. She is currently completing a master’s degree in clinical epidemiology. Natalie is certified through the Certification Board of Infection Control and has experience in all levels of health care including a large tertiary health care centre, a large community hospital as well as public health. She has managed an Infection Prevention and Control department in acute care. Natalie has served as co-chair of the IPAC-Canada Surveillance and Epidemiology Interest Group and as President for the IPAC-Canada Southwestern Ontario Chapter. She has extensive knowledge of program development and evaluation for Infection Control Programs, Environmental Services, and Reprocessing Departments and has successfully led these groups through the Accreditation process. Nolan Goyette
Nolan Goyette is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and has an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Windsor. He is an operationally minded CPA and entrepreneur with experience driving change to increase margins, efficiency, and overall performance. Nolan is an accomplished professional leader and mentor having led consulting engagements across the globe, particularly throughout North America, Europe, Australia, and Asia. His sector experience includes Healthcare, Municipal, Defence, Agri-food, and Manufacturing.

Most recently, Nolan served as the VP Corporate Services & CFO/COO for an acute care hospital, leading them throughout COVID-19 and understanding first-hand the importance of IPAC and health & safety. Prior to this, Nolan spent the majority of his career in management consulting, including the start-up and sale of his firm which specialized in Operational Excellence across a range of clients in Canada.
Nolan is a Change Management Professional (Prosci), and has been trained in and executed Strategy Deployment and Alignment through Hoshin Kanri. In addition, he is a certified Lean Six-Sigma Green Belt. In the community, Nolan has served as a Board member for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Windsor-Essex, a Facilitator for CPA Ontario, and has lectured at St. Clair College within their Accounting program.

Which he did. 15 years later Brian is still writing content and always pushing for a higher standard.
