Health and Safety Assessment
A health and safety consultant will apply the Occupational Health and Safety Standards to your facility. The assessment will include tasks such as ensuring the health and safety bulletin board has all the requirements, training and education records are kept up to date, physical properties within the building are kept up to standards, and health and safety equipment including fire alarms, fire extinguishers, emergency lighting are reviewed an up to date. Storage and disposal of hazardous material will also be looked at during an onsite assessment. Following this assessment, you will have a better understanding of any gaps in your facility and help to ensure your business is in compliance with the Ontario Health and Safety Act, the Ontario Building Code and the Ontario Fire Code.
