I am an Infection Prevention and Control (IPAC) Consultant with a multidisciplinary background in nursing, psychology, and the biological sciences. I combine clinical knowledge with a strong understanding of human behaviour and disease processes to support healthcare organizations in implementing practical, evidence-based infection prevention strategies. My passion for improving patient safety and healthcare quality has led me to focus on policy development, antimicrobial stewardship, and quality improvement initiatives across healthcare settings.

I completed my Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) while also holding a Bachelor of Science (BSc) with a double major in Psychology and Biology. My diverse educational background provides a unique perspective on infection prevention, allowing me to bridge clinical practice, scientific research, and organizational change. At IPAC Consulting, I collaborate with healthcare teams to develop policies, deliver education, and implement sustainable programs that promote best practices and improve resident and patient outcomes.
