
Supervisor Awareness
This health and safety awareness program is designed to equip supervisors with the knowledge and skills needed to fulfill their role in the internal responsibility system and ensure a safe workplace. Supervisors play a critical role in ensuring that workplace hazards are recognized, assessed, and controlled to protect workers’ health and safety.
Required Training
Meets mandatory supervisor awareness requirements under Ontario Regulation 297/13.

Covers key duties under the internal responsibility system — and why supervisors are central to safety.

Explains the right to know, participate, and refuse unsafe work — and your role in protecting them.

Lead by Example
Reinforces the importance of modeling safe practices in everyday work.

Certificate of Completion
Awarded after passing a post-course quiz (80% or higher).
