Health and Safety Assessment

Our Health & Safety Gap Audit Program is a comprehensive service designed to evaluate and improve your workplace’s compliance with Ontario’s Occupational Health and Safety Act, Building Code, and Fire Code. This two-part program helps you identify administrative and practical gaps, develop an actionable plan, and work toward full compliance.

  • Gap Audit (Phase One)
    The initial Gap Audit provides an overview of your current compliance status based on documentation and staff-reported practices. This audit evaluates administrative controls, training records, hazard documentation, and physical facility requirements such as bulletin board postings, emergency equipment, and chemical storage.
    You will receive a detailed report outlining identified gaps, professional recommendations, and a task list to guide your team toward full compliance.
  • Follow-Up Gap Audit (Phase Two)
    Once the initial tasks are addressed, the Follow-Up Audit anonymously observes staff actions before, this phase ensures policies are effectively implemented in practice.
    An in-depth report will highlight any remaining gaps. If 80% compliance is achieved, you will be awarded a Compliance Letter and Certificate of Completion. If not, additional audits can be purchased to support your progress.
  • Optional Add-Ons Available
    Further support services and compliance products can be purchased as needed.
