Basic Life Support (BLS) is a focused and fast-paced course designed for healthcare providers and professional responders who require advanced-level resuscitation skills. This training emphasizes high-performance CPR, airway management, and team response — essential for clinical and pre-hospital environments.
What You’ll Learn:
- Rapid assessment and initial response in cardiac arrest
- High-performance CPR for adults, children, and infants
- Use of bag-valve-mask (BVM) and AED
- Airway obstruction management
- Team dynamics in a resuscitation scenario
- Differences between BLS and standard CPR response
Course Details:
Duration: Approximately 4 hours
Location: In-person at IPAC Consulting’s training facility
Certification: Canadian Red Cross Basic Life Support (valid for 1 year)
Who Should Attend: Nurses, physicians, paramedics, dental professionals, and other clinical or emergency response staff
