Respirator Fit Testing Train-the-Trainer
This 4-hour certification training provides learners with the knowledge and skills to conduct qualitative respirator fit testing (QLFT) within their workplace. It is designed for industries where tight-fitting NIOSH-approved respirators—including N95, half-face, and full-face respirators—are required for worker protection.
The training consists of three components:
- Theoretical Learning – Covers essential knowledge on respiratory protection and fit testing.
- Practical Session – Hands-on demonstration of qualitative fit testing.
- Final Evaluation – Assessment of knowledge and practical application.
Note: This course does not certify participants to train others as fit testers or to offer fit testing as a paid service. This certifies personnel to conduct fit-testing within their own workplace only.
