This stand-alone CPR course focuses on cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) techniques for adults, children, and infants, along with training on the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). It’s ideal for anyone who wants to be prepared to respond to breathing or cardiac emergencies at work, home, or in the community.
What You’ll Learn:
- How to recognize and respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies
- CPR techniques for adults, children, and infants (Level C)
- How to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
- The emergency medical system and basic legal considerations
- Choking response and recovery position
Course Details:
Duration: 4 hours (half-day)
Location: In-person at IPAC Consulting’s training facility
Certification: Canadian Red Cross CPR-C/AED (valid for 3 years)
