Our Dental Division works closely with dental practices across Canada, ensuring compliance with IPAC and H&S standards while delivering exceptional client service.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Dental Services to lead this division, oversee consultants, and maintain the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. This role combines operational leadership, client relationship management, and business development.
What You’ll Do
Leadership & Quality Control
- Oversee and support a team of dental IPAC consultants, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor and maintain quality assurance across all dental projects, reports, and deliverables.
- Mentor consultants and provide technical guidance on IPAC and H&S standards.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary contact for key dental clients, ensuring satisfaction and proactive problem-solving.
- Go the extra mile to deliver an outstanding client experience.
- Manage escalated client concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Business Development & Growth
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the dental sector.
- Build strategic relationships with industry leaders, associations, and prospective clients.
- Represent IPAC Consulting at dental conferences, trade shows, and events to promote services and close new contracts.
Strategic Planning & Innovation
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop new service offerings tailored to the dental industry.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and client value.
What We’re Looking For
- Education:
- Post-secondary education in Infection Prevention and Control (IPAC) is required.
- Additional background in Dental Hygiene, Dentistry, or a related healthcare field is strongly preferred.
- Experience:
- Strong background in dental IPAC and/or Health & Safety compliance.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a dental or healthcare setting.
- Business development experience with a proven ability to achieve sales or revenue targets.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Other:
- Willingness to travel within Canada for client visits and industry events.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract.
