What You’ll Do
Consulting & Compliance Services
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of IPAC and H&S programs.
- Conduct on-site assessments, audits, hazard/risk analyses, and incident investigations.
- Provide strategic recommendations and evaluate program effectiveness.
Education & Training
- Deliver IPAC and H&S training sessions virtually and in person.
- Develop client-specific policies, procedures, and educational resources.
Business Development & Representation
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify new opportunities through networking and industry engagement.
- Represent IPAC Consulting at trade shows, speaking engagements, and events.
Leadership & Innovation
- Collaborate with the team to design new programs aligned with company priorities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across all service areas.
What We’re Looking For
- Certification: Must hold LTC-CIP (Long-Term Care Certified Infection Preventionist) designation at time of hire (required under Ontario Reg. 246/22).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a science- or health-related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in infection prevention and control, including audits, risk assessments, and compliance support.
- Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Other Requirements:
- Clean driver’s abstract and valid driver’s license (frequent travel within Canada).
- Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) completed prior to employment.
- TB screening and up-to-date immunizations in accordance with healthcare standards.
- French language skills are an asset.
